Update: Downtown BottleRock won’t open until February

The long delayed opening of BottleRock at 11th and Flower has been pushed back yet again, this time to February. We’ll see if that holds. No confirmation on why the wine bar, which was originally supposed to open in late July and then in early November, has been so delayed, but the smart money’s on L.A.’s labyrinthine permitting process. More details to come.
