Three D and HRT settled a Zodys dispute.

The settlement resolves Three D Departments’ claim against HRT Industries for HRT’s early termination of Three D’s license to operate domestics departments in Zodys stores. Under the settlement, HRT is required to buy all Three D merchandise and fixtures in Zodys stores. HRT also will pay Three D an additional sum. Bernard Abrams, chairman of Three D, declined to reveal terms of the settlement but said that “we’re happy.” HRT is in the process of closing its 32 Zodys discount stores.
