Refugee to Design Museum

WASHINGTON — Architect James Ingo Freed, a refugee from Nazi Germany, will design the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum near the Washington Monument, 1986 Nobel Peace Prize winner Elie Wiesel said Thursday.
