It’s illegal to hire undocumented aliens. But if the request to Sacramento by Assemblyman Gil Ferguson (R-Newport Beach) on behalf of Laguna Beach Mayor Dan Kenney is approved, the state of California will be providing a hiring hall for illegal aliens: the parking lot and restrooms at Crystal Cove State Park. What could be zanier?
If Mayor Kenney wants to rid his community of loitering illegals looking for work, he should contact the federal Immigration and Naturalization Service. Right now, he’s passing the buck.
