Life gets more exciting for Chris Burke of ABC’s “Life Goes On.” The young actor, who has Down’s syndrome, has been invited to the White House to appear with President Bush in a public service announcement tied to National Down’s Syndrome Month. On the spot, the President talks about the importance of weaving messages into programming, in this case using handicapped individuals. Making the trip with Chris on Wednesday will be his parents, along with “Life Goes On” creator and executive producer Michael Braverman and co-executive producer Rick Rosenthal. A Rose Garden reception will follow the taping.
