John Handegard won three matches in the championship round, including a 41-pin victory over John Hricsina in the final, to win the Showboat PBA Senior Invitational at Las Vegas.

Handegard, who qualified third, beat Tommy Evans, 218-203, Jimmy Certain, 202-175, and top-seeded Hricsina, 247-206, for his third title on the Senior Tour.
