Big Jobs on Hand: Holmes & Narver, an engineering and architecture firm in Orange, has its hands full with a couple of big contracts. The company will design and manage the construction work in a $33-million renovation and expansion of facilities at Edwards Air Force Base. The project is expected to be completed by mid-1994.
The company was also named construction manager of a $12.5-million expansion of Anaheim Convention Center. Holmes & Narver will convert a 150,000-square-foot parking structure into a new exhibition hall.
