$4.4-Million Lease: Other news from the home front . . .
Private Healthcare Systems Inc. signed a $4.4-million, 12-year lease for 42,515 square feet of office space in Irvine. The space, subleased from Denny’s Inc., is in a building at 3345 Michelson Drive, in Trammel Crow’s Park Place office center. Private Healthcare, which reviews insurance claims for 19 insurance companies, will move into its new space this May. Grubb & Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented the tenant in the transaction; Security Pacific Frost Trinen brokerage in Costa Mesa represented Denny’s.
Southern Plastic Mold will take over a 144,000-square-foot industrial building in Anaheim next August. The company, which makes plastic products such as computer keyboards, signed a $6.4-million, 11-year lease with D.A. Management of Huntington Beach. Scher-Voit’s Anaheim office represented both the tenant and the landlord.
