25 Feared Dead in Colombia Bus Crash

BOGOTA, Colombia — Twenty-five people were feared killed when a Colombian bus carrying 41 travelers slid off a winding road and plummeted 180 feet down a ravine and into the Cauca River on Saturday, authorities said.
Civil Defense workers said their rescue efforts were hampered by turbulent waters. They had recovered 10 bodies and were searching for another 15 missing passengers.
Authorities said 16 people survived the early morning crash. Eleven were being treated for injuries in nearby hospitals.
