Man Killed After Bravado Leap Off 140-Foot Bridge

COUPEVILLE, Wash. — A man shouted “Yahoo!” and jumped to his death from a 140-foot bridge after telling his drinking buddies that he had leaped from higher elevations, a sheriff’s officer said Sunday. The man leaped Saturday afternoon off the Deception Pass Bridge.
