How much money the NFL makes continued to be a contentious issue at the league’s antitrust trial in Minneapolis, with the players insisting that the owners understate their profits.

NFL President Neil Austrian returned to the witness stand for the second day in a row and spent most of the session answering questions from players’ attorney Jeffery Kessler about bookkeeping matters.

Kessler noted that Raider owner Al Davis received a $10-million payment from the city of Irwindale in 1987 that was reported on the Raiders’ audited statements, but not on the NFL’s financial forms.
