ENCINO : Man Suspected of Trespassing Sought
- Share via
Authorities began a search Wednesday for a transient accused of trespassing at the Encino estate of reclusive pop star Michael Jackson after the suspect failed to appear in court Wednesday.
Everedde McCrimnon, 33, was charged Monday with a single misdemeanor count of trespassing stemming from a May 1 incident at Jackson’s home.
Municipal Judge Alan Ellis issued a $2,500 bench warrant when McCrimnon did not show up for his scheduled arraignment, said Deputy City Atty. Laura Van Eyk.
Prosecutors said McCrimnon was twice caught by private security guards and escorted from the Jackson compound May 1.
