Workshop to Focus on Gender Issues

LA HABRA — A workshop on how to answer questions about sexual harassment, gender equity and women’s issues will be presented Feb. 16 at the Park Regency Retirement Residence.

The workshop, sponsored by the American Assn. of University Women, begins at 7 p.m. in the residence, located at 1750 W. La Habra Blvd.

AAUW officials said the purpose of the workshop is to help women frame quick answers to tough questions. The organization works to promote equity and education for women and girls, self-development and societal change.

The public is invited.
