Two men robbed a Great Western Bank Thursday, forcing the manager to get bills out of the ATM before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash, Los Angeles police said.
The men entered the bank in the 4000 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard in Studio City about 12:50 p.m., Sgt. Barbara Hodgin said. One robber poked the manager with what he claimed was a pistol in the waistband of his pants and forced him to open the ATMs, she said.
The robbers then fled, and remained at large Thursday afternoon, she said.
