Company to Trade on New York Exchange

NEWPORT BEACH — Pacific Gulf Properties Inc., a Newport Beach real estate investment trust, said it has filed to move its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange, where it will trade under the symbol PAG. Its stock currently trades on the American Stock Exchange.
The company said final approval by the NYSE is subject to customary conditions, which the company believes “will be met in the ordinary course.” The company owns and operates multifamily and industrial properties in California and the Pacific Northwest.
