Central Park Meet Features Top Teams

The Central Park Invitational cross-country meet Saturday in Huntington Beach will feature 50 schools from California and Nevada.
Among the top local teams competing are the Huntington Beach boys (ranked second in the county) and the Los Alamitos girls (ranked fourth).
Huntington Beach will compete in the Division II boys’ race, which begins at 10:40 a.m. Los Alamitos will battle seventh-ranked University in the Division I girls’ race, which starts at 9:20 a.m.
The Division I boys’ race, which starts at 8:40 a.m., features No. 5 Santa Ana, No. 6 Saddleback and No. 9 Anaheim.
