Fluor Joins Indian Unit

IRVINE — Fluor Daniel Inc. said Tuesday it has formed a partnership with a company in India to undertake industrial engineering and construction work there. The agreement involves the Irvine company’s Indian unit, Fluor Daniel India Pvt Ltd., and Tata Iron & Steel Co.’s India unit, Tata Technodyne Ltd.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
