Sync Official Resigns

IRVINE — The former head of a company acquired last summer by Sync Research of Irvine has resigned, Sync announced Tuesday. Robert A. Degan had been president and chief executive officer of TyLink Corp., then became executive vice president of Sync after the acquisition. Sync makes computer network devices.
