Goodwill Industries has made it easier for residents to make tax-deductible donations, opening a new center in the city. A Goodwill worker will be on site to collect clothes and other items and to issue a tax receipt on the spot. Employees can also help unload large donations.
The donation center is behind the Mainly Seconds Shopping Center, 849 S. Tustin St., just south of the Garden Grove Freeway. The center is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
