The City Council on Tuesday will consider giving preliminary approval to improvement projects around the city. The council will consider a maintenance project for the plaza at Del Obispo and all parks in the city, and two projects that would make major improvements to Creekside Park and the Lantern Village project, which would improve parking and traffic flow.
