The city recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for a recreation building at Magnolia Park, 11402 Magnolia St. The 2,452-square-foot building should be completed this summer. The $365,000 project is funded by a state Department of Parks and Recreation grant. Information: (714) 741-5200.
