After hours of discussion about a proposed carwash at the corner of Coast Highway and Cliff Drive, Planning Commission members Wednesday expressed support for the project.
However, the commission made no formal decisions and will continue to review the project at the next meeting scheduled for Oct 27. The next review session will focus on noise the project might bring.
In other items of business, the commission unanimously approved a temporary use permit for the annual Christmas show “Winter Fantasy.” The show will take place during November and December on the Sawdust Festival grounds, 935 Laguna Canyon Road.
