An agreement under which James O. Fleming will serve as interim superintendent of the Tustin Unified School District is scheduled for a vote of the Board of Education at 4 p.m. today. Fleming, who retired as superintendent of the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District in June, will replace George Mannon until a permanent superintendent is selected. Mannon has taken a job as the superintendent of the Glendora Unified School District.
