Motorist Dies After Apparent Heart Attack

An 81-year-old Piru man was found dead in his car early Tuesday after, authorities believe, he suffered a heart attack and crashed his vehicle into a tree in a remote area west of town.
Frank D. Dominguez was found about 6 a.m. inside his 1992 Ford Tempo on westbound Camulos Street, west of Church Street, California Highway Patrol Officer Dave Webb said.
The time of the crash is unknown.
Dominguez had been wearing a seat belt.
