The bodies of five more women have been found in a field in northern Mexico, sparking fears that the killers responsible for the disappearance of 200 women since 1993 are still at large, police said Wednesday.
The five bodies were found in a populated area of Ciudad Juarez on Wednesday while police were searching for clues in the slayings of three women found Tuesday, said Juan Manuel Carmona, police spokesman in the state of Chihuahua.
The discovery of the bodies fueled concerns that a serial killer or killers stalking women in the border city may still be at large.
