A judge in Clearwater granted child custody to a female-to-male transsexual in a bitter divorce and ruled he is a man under state law.
The ruling confirms Michael Kantaras is the legal parent of the couple’s two children, a boy whom he adopted and a daughter he bore before his sex change.
