Child Molester Moves to City’s La Sierra Region

David Claud Phillips, the convicted child molester who moved to Riverside last week after being ordered out of Patton State Hospital in San Bernardino, has changed addresses within the city.
Phillips, 54, has moved from the Arlington section to a home in the La Sierra region, police spokesman Felix Medina said.
Phillips is one of four high-risk sexual offenders living in Riverside.
