Police Seek Help Identifying Injured Man

Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a pedestrian who was struck by a car and critically injured Wednesday.
Authorities say the man, who was intoxicated, was hit about 8:30 p.m. on Haster Street near Lampson Avenue in Garden Grove. He was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange, where he was in “extremely critical condition,” said Lt. Mike Handfield.
The man is Latino in his mid-20s with straight black hair. He was wearing bluejeans, a dark blue T-shirt with “Vietnam” on the front, and black shoes. The driver, who was not identified, was not cited.
