Police Say Islamic Group Planted Deadly Bombs

Indian police said they believed an Islamic militant group planted bombs that killed 20 people at a temple and train station in the holy city of Varanasi.
A senior police official also said a Kashmiri militant killed after Tuesday’s bombings was the suspected mastermind. The dead man, identified only as Salim, ran the Lashkar-e-Taiba group in Uttar Pradesh state, which includes Varanasi.
