In case you thought this storm was winter’s last hurrah, get excited: It’s supposed to snow again tonight and tomorrow, with a winter storm warning in effect for NYC from 7 p.m. Wednesday to 7 p.m. Thursday. Now seems like a good time to revisit Gawker’s proposal about building a new New York someplace warm.
