* Villa Magnan, the Biarritz hotel with extremely puffy “eiderdowns” and heart-shaped duvets that we’ve written about, has a collection of stunning but not matchy light fixtures sprinkled around the property’s kitchen. We asked for a little tour: “The big one is a Magistretti; the white and black a Murano; the orange one a Verner Panton. The other white flush mount was bought at a flea market, and we don’t know the designer or brand. All the lamps were installed by us. Anne, the owner and decorator of the house, felt that the ’70s aesthetic blends perfectly with the villa’s 1930s construction.”
* There are troves of “Murano glass flush mounts” on Etsy: speckled gold; stripy white; confetti; more confetti; swirly and black; swirly and pink; blue swoosh.
* On-set Zendaya wearing a pair of red suede Merrell-y-looking Lands’ End moccasins. More here, here, also in olive, gray, tan, and brown.
