When Jourdan Spark, 29, and Josh Librera, 34, met at a Key West wedding, the fact that they lived more than six hours apart — he in Buffalo and she in Manhattan — didn’t deter them from starting a relationship. “He was so sweet, I knew we had to give it a shot,” Jourdan, a fashion merchandiser, explains. Josh, a construction manager, soon relocated to New York; three years later, he proposed over lobster rolls in Red Hook. The couple wed at the Roxbury Barn in the Catskills, exchanging vows on a hilltop clearing under a eucalyptus canopy. Afterward, guests boogied down in the barn before cozying up in front of a late-night bonfire. “We topped the whole thing off with booze-filled chocolates,” recalls Jourdan. “It was the perfect way to end the evening.”
